That is why we have replaced the filling with banana bread without refined sugar and nut spread. For this we use the cashew and chocolate spread from Yespers, but it can also be done with your favorite peanut butter! You can get 6 bonbons from one slice of our banana bread. Healthy bonbon treat? You can get 30 (!) balls from one loaf. For the chocolate coating we use the 85% vegan dark chocolate from Handsoff, but here too you can combine endlessly with different types of chocolate. As an extra topping we have sprinkled some coconut flakes over it. That way those little calorie bombs have suddenly become a healthy snack, perfect for Mother's Day for example!
